COVID-19 and Face to Face Consultations

During these challenging times, it is important for us to continue offering face to face and online appointments to keep supporting our community and the families in the Northern Beaches.

We have implemented strict safety measures for face to face services. Please read them carefully.

Increased Hygiene Measures

Hand sanitisers are placed in every therapy room. We encourage clients to use the hand sanitizer upon arrival in the reception area.

Our facilities (therapy rooms and all common areas) are sanitised and cleaned daily to maintain our premises contamination free. These are extra cleaning measures have been implemented since March 2020.

We will keep monitoring the development of this latest outbreak and keep you informed of any changes to our services.

COVID-19 Safety Measures for Face to Face Consultations

If you experience COVID-like or flu symptoms please contact us to talk about your needs. We will be able to offer you an online or phone appointment and continue supporting you during this time.

If you appear to be unwell you will be asked politely to leave and seek medical advice. We encourage clients who are unwell or who are a close contact to do a COVID test at the car park in our facilities and advise us on the results prior to their scheduled appointment.

We ask that clients and staff members practice social distancing when traveling to and from the clinic.

If you arrive early to your appointment please wait in our car park outside the clinic until the time of your appointment. Please observe physical distancing rules whilst in our facilities.

Before entering the building please scan the QR code.

Please note that toys and games are no longer in the therapy rooms. We ask parents to pack your child’s favourite toys to bring to their appointment.

Thank you for your patience and for working together with us to create a safer experience to everyone in our community.

Let’s remain connected and together.
